Why Charles S. Lee

An Immigration Attorney Who Knows What Is at Stake

As the son of Korean immigrants, Charles understands that an immigration case is never just paperwork. It can shape where a family lives, whether a career advances, and how secure tomorrow feels.

California-licensed and selected to Southern California Rising Stars from 2017 through 2025, he gives clients direct, practical guidance through a system that can feel impersonal and unforgiving.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions Before You Book

A few answers before you decide whether to speak with Charles.

Can I speak with Charles in Korean?

Yes. Charles speaks Korean and English. If you would be more comfortable discussing your immigration history, family circumstances, and legal options in Korean, note that preference when you book.

Do you advise immigration clients outside Los Angeles?

Yes. Because U.S. immigration law is federal, Charles advises individuals, families, and employers in Los Angeles and throughout the United States. The online scheduler reserves a phone consultation; Google Meet is available by request when screen sharing or international access would be useful.

Can I book a focused USCIS case review?

Yes. USCIS legal coaching can cover eligibility questions, filing history, application review, interview preparation, evidence gaps, requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny, prior denials, and practical next steps. It is not designed for immigration court representation.

What happens during the paid consultation?

The 48-minute session is a direct call with immigration attorney Charles S. Lee focused on your immigration history, risks, options, and next steps. The fee is $250. Choose a time, answer a short intake, and pay online to reserve the appointment; uploading documents is optional. If the firm accepts and is retained for the same matter, the consultation fee is credited toward that matter’s attorney fees.

Can I request an in-person consultation?

The online scheduler reserves a phone consultation. If you prefer to meet in person, call the firm before booking. In-person consultations are considered by advance request and take place only after the firm confirms the format and office availability.
